These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the cekap33 platform ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the cekap33 platform immediately. This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above who are within a jurisdiction that permits such activities.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the cekap33 platform.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Cekap33 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through requested supporting documents.
- Accounts created using false information or a third party's details will be suspended immediately without prior notice.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
- Cekap33 will never ask for your password via email, text message, or phone.
- You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
- If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our customer support immediately.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Users of the cekap33 platform agree to comply with all rules and must not engage in any activities that could compromise the security, integrity, or reputation of the platform. Strictly prohibited actions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, identity theft, or illegal activity.
- Distributing harmful, inflammatory, or unlawful content through the platform in violation of Malaysian law.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with cekap33's platform security systems.
Any violation of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and cekap33 reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary.
- Using the platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- Making deposits and withdrawals according to the prescribed procedures.
- Contacting customer support for any legitimate enquiries.
- Using all available platform features in accordance with these terms.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the cekap33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Minimum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set for each payment method. Our platform supports a range of local payment methods, including FPX, TNG eWallet, and local bank transfers.
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. cekap33 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the established procedures and timelines. Users must ensure that the account name on their bank account matches the name registered on cekap33. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Cekap33 reserves the right to request additional document verification before processing any withdrawal deemed necessary to verify. All decisions relating to withdrawals are final.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Cekap33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or technical errors. The platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties.
All content, logos, trademarks, designs, text, and software on the cekap33 platform are our exclusive property and protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any content without prior written permission.
The cekap33 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. cekap33 has no control over the content of those websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or issues arising from their use.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms, and Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Cekap33 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or at the platform's sole discretion. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation may not be entitled to a refund of any remaining balance.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within the specified timeframe and are subject to the settlement of all pending transactions.
Cekap33 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or platform notifications at least seven (7) days before taking effect.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.
Governing LawThese Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through the appropriate channels under Malaysian court jurisdiction.
